Cricket fans praise gesture of Pakistani players with hotel staff

SL vs. PAK: Before leaving for Colombo on Thursday, the Pakistani players presented hotel employees with monetary gifts of appreciation.

Babar Azam XI were beaten by 246 points in the second Test against Sri Lanka to allow the hosts to level the two-legged series at 1-1.

After losing the second test and attending the post-series ceremony, the Pakistani team left for Colombo, from where they will return home via Dubai.

In a video uploaded by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), national team manager Mansoor Rana expressed his gratitude to hotel staff for taking care of the entire team.

“We appreciate your efforts and want to thank you for your services,” Rana told staff members. “We would like to present you with something special as a token of appreciation,” he added.

In response to the gesture, cricket fans from both nations congratulated the players and PCB.
