A female manager in Lucknow has filed a complaint against four young people for allegedly abusing and sexually assaulting her while intoxicated. The incident happened on the night of December 31 at a hotel in Chingat.
Police recorded a case based on the woman’s complaint, which alleged that the four men asked hotel staff to provide a girl for “escort services” after consuming alcohol .
Abuse of young people, manager of an assaulted woman
The complainant said that when hotel staff denied to the men that such services were not provided here, they got angry. The victim said the four youths called the boy on duty, asked for his number and asked him to send the warden for services.
When hotel staff informed the manager of what had happened, she asked the men to leave the room. But the accused allegedly abused and sexually assaulted the female manager and also attacked staff, The Times of India (TOI) reported. According to the victim, they returned with their helpers again on January 2 and severely beat an employee, who sustained head injuries.
The Deputy Additional Police Commissioner (ADCP), East Zone, Qasim Abidi told TOI that they had recorded a case of sexual harassment, beating, abuse and other relevant articles of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The youths have been identified as Chandan, Rahul and Rajan and the identity of the fourth is not yet known.
